They're shaking 'em down on Main Street
With the neon lights aglow
Can't tell the women from the men
Remember I told you so

Hey hey hey now
Shake 'em on down for me
Sweet sweet baby
Shake 'em on down for me

There's a red light softly shining
Cutting through the smoky haze
Sad eyed Jane and a diplomat
Been in Room 109 for days

Maybe you're the Devil in disguise babe
Maybe you could make a saint of me
Maybe all I need to hear is lies babe
Maybe being your slave will set me free

The siren sounds are distant
No cops ever come this way
Where daytime is the night-time
And night-time is the day

5. Shake 'em on Down
(McGowan) Kind of sad dabozzes here. Cool electric guitar. I am an acoustic guitar man to the bone but recently I have started to think to buy also a new one for myself... -- Jore

I confess to liking this. Mark played the first electric guitar solo (after much cajoling from me) but was so unhappy with it that he gave up and I had to play the second one at the end. I think his is better --Davy
